The knock-out (see rule 19) will be played on 19/08/04 (time permitting). Matches to be played on Thursday nights. Tables will be available from 7:30 on a first-come first-served basis (tables cannot be booked prior to arrival) Matches must be playted on designated Thursdays (subject to holidays) If unable to play a match, the onus is on the player to contact and re-arrange match either the week before or after scheduled fixture date Any player not turning up on the night without first re-arranging their match will automatically start that match 3-0 down Any player missing 3 matches in a row will be automatically disqualified and no refun will be given. All matches to be played at Kentish Town Snooker Club Players are responsible for ensuring that completed score sheets are submitted All matches will consist of 10 frames, one point for each frame won. as well as 2 bonus points for any match won and 1 point for any match drawn. All entry money will be paid out as prize money, plus an additional £40 per week (subject to 21 paid entries) from Kentish Town Snooker Club Prize money to be distributed as follows (subject to 21 paid entries): First £600 Second £500 Third £400 Fourth £300 Fifth £250 Sixth £200 Seventh £160 Eighth £120 Players are responsible for table money If points are level on final league table then the player with the most matches won finishes highest. If still level then the previous result(s) between those players decides placings. If still level after that, there will be a play-off to decide (best of 9 frames) Entry fee £105, to be paid in full in advance All matches to be played according to World Rules Each player must hold a current EPA ID registration card Winner for the Kentish Town Singles League will be put forward to represent the league in the finals of the EPA's National Singles League Competition. The league will also be able to send a 4 player team to this event. The team will be selected in the following way: Winner of the league will be player number 1. Runner-up in the league will be player number 2. The 3rd and 4th team places will be decided by a knock-out at the end of the singles league, which wil be seeded according to singles league placings.
