  • Arsenal team news
Grimandi and Keown are both suspended. We have to hope that Adams is back after missing the last 2 games. If so he will presumably partner Luzhny at the back, but Wenger has hinted that Adams may not be ready. Perhaps we'll see him on the bench and Weston get a game with Luzhny. Bergkamp will not be making the trip, but the other strikers are available. Vieira returns to the European campaign after a one match suspension.
    update Tuesday
Bad news: Tony Adams will definitely miss this one, leaving a bit of a hole at the back (see newsreel)
    update Wednesday
Wenger has confirmed that there's a good chance of Manu Petit being asked to partner Oleg Luzhny in central defence tomorrow.

  • Deportivo_La_Coruna team news
Danger-man Djalmniha is, of course, suspended.

The coach has been reported in Marca as saying that he'll probably play a few squad players to give them experience. They have a big game at the weekend (Valencia) and he doesn;t think they have a hope of beating Arsenal by the necessary 4 goals. Also they're having trouble selling tickets to the game and are resorting to giving them away.
