  • Arsenal team news
Kanu and Lauren are off playing in African World Cup qualifiers again. With Parlour and Grimandi back Lauren won't be missed so much, but what about up front? Bergkamp is expected to be back in full training byt the end of the week and will be keen to prove his fitness as soon as possible what with the FA Cup final coming up a week later. But it's unliekly he'll do better than the bench.

See here for more on Kanu, and the usual confusion over whether the NFA will release him or not.
    update Friday
Kanu (and Lauren) are definitely both in Africa.
Luzhny, Stepanovs, and Edu are all out injured. Silvinho is back in training after a calf injury but unlikely to replace Cole. If Bergkamp doesn't make it, there is a reserve match against Tottenham on Tuesday which will give him a chance to prove his fitness before the cup final.

  • Leeds_United team news
Robbie Keane seems a cert to start, since he's ineligible for the 2 legs of the champs league semi, which this premiership game is sandwiched between.
David O'Leary has said that he will probably field a weakened team, resting players for the CL semi 2nd leg. See here.

David Batty will get a rest for one, he's suspended. Erik Bakke is likely to replace him.
